ROLE: Office manager (Part time)

Do you know anyone with superb secretarial/organizational skills?

We have one part time role as IWCM office manager

The applicant should:

  1. be available to start immediately
  2. have experience of working in an office >3 years
  3. be completely proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  4. know how to use social media
  5. know how to work in Google Drive
  6. be able to speak and write in English fluently
  7. be able to speak and write in Romanian and Russian
  8. have good organizational skills
  9. have good interpersonal skill
  10. be able to work in a team
  11. be available to attend General meetings which will be held in the day time and in the evenings
  12. be available to attend Board meetings which will be held in the day time
  13. be comfortable working with the public
  14. self motivated & hard working

This is a part time paid position. A service provision contract will be provided. Normal office hours apply.

Our office is located on Stefan cel Mare.

Call for Volunteers

Each year IWCM organizes the annual International Charity Bazaar, which is successful also thank to the hard work of the volunteers who dedicate their time to help.

We currently need people in many places with smiling face to help for the 23nd edition of the International Charity Bazaar that will take place on Sunday, December 8th from 10:00 to 16:00 at the International Exhibition Centre Moldexpo.

Volunteering at this event is a great way to meet the International Community and learn about how to run an event.
